What are the registration requirements for registering a .KW domain?

In order to register a .com.kw domain:

- You need to have the domain name already registered as a .com, .net or .org.

- Your domain name must match your company or trademark name.

- If your domain name matches your company name you need to provide a letter of authorization (we will provide a template).

- If your domain name matches your trademark name, the owner of the trademark must also be the owner of the domain. You need to provide the trademark registration certificate and a letter of authorization (we will provide the model).

- Please note that in order to register a .com.kw domain, you need to have local representation in Kuwait. If you do not meet this requirement we can register the domain to the name of our local representatives and make it available to you. This option has an additional cost (Trustee Service).
