Transfer of my domain address outside of Atak Domain
If you want to use your domain registered at Atak Domain on different platforms (Wix, Shopify, İdeasoft, etc.), you can update the Name Server (NS) records or add some DNS records (A, CNAME, etc.). You can check our articles below for these processes:

Although we recommend using your domain on Atak Domain, you can also transfer it to another domain provider if you wish. In this article, we will explain how to transfer a domain registered at Atak Domain to another provider step by step.

To Transfer Your Domain Address Outside of Atak Domain:
1- Log in to Your Customer Control Panel:
Log in to your Atak Domain customer control panel.
2- Select Your Domain Account:
In the Atak Domain customer control panel, click on the “My Domains” button.
- Click the “Manage” button in the row of the domain you want to transfer.
3- Turn off Domain Lock:
- In the “One-Click Actions” section, you can turn off the domain lock by clicking the green toggle next to the “Domain Lock” option. (In this example, the transfer lock is open.)
3- Request Your Transfer Code:
- To get your transfer code, click the red button next to the “Transfer to Another User” option in the “Transfer to Another User” section.
- You will see the message “Your transfer code has been successfully sent to your email address.” at the top right of the screen.
- The transfer code will be sent to your email address registered in your Atak Domain customer account within a few minutes under the title “Domain Authorization Code Notification.”
4- Start Transfer to New Provider:
Congratulations!
You have received your transfer code.
Now, you can visit your new domain provider’s website and start the transfer process.
