In the opening lines of its rules the company describes itself as the owner of this namespace and the administrator of its registry; the rules were adopted at a management session held in Tuzla in 2015. UTIC, the national .ba registry of Bosnia and Herzegovina, does not run this zone: the national rules list the standard second-level zones under .ba one by one and never mention .co.ba, and the registry's published per-extension statistics leave it out too.
