No. The subdomain table in the policy says .com.lv is open to "any person referred to in clause 3.1.1", which is the full list of holders allowed in the main zone: companies registered in Latvia, state and municipal authorities, foundations and unions, natural persons aged 18 or over, and organisations registered outside Latvia. Foreign companies and individuals can therefore register, and no trading certificate or tax record is requested.
