No. .org.nz is not one of the moderated zones — the rules list the six moderated zones one by one and .org.nz is not among them; it appears in the list of unmoderated zones. No constitution, trust deed or evidence that you are non-profit is required. What remains is the general rule: any available name is registered first come, first served, and the applicant must be an individual over 18 or a lawfully constituted entity.

Because expiring names renew automatically, organisations whose budgets are approved annually should put the renewal date in the calendar.

The complainant must prove two things together: that they have Rights, and that the name is an «Unfair Registration» in the respondent's hands.
