Under the CDRP, the CentralNic Dispute Resolution Policy, which covers twenty of the operator's zones and names .com.se explicitly. A complainant must establish UDRP's familiar three elements: identity or confusing similarity to a trademark, absence of rights or legitimate interests on the holder's side, and bad faith.
