DOMAIN RENEWAL NOTIFICATION

Atak Domain Bilgi Teknolojileri A.Ş provides domain registration services through ICANN and the global internet infrastructure. To renew a domain name, you must contact the registrar through which it was registered, within the renewal period and under the required conditions.

Atak Domain Bilgi Teknolojileri A.Ş sends renewal notifications via email directly to the registered name holder (RAE) or through the registrar where the domain was registered, according to the schedule below:

Notification Timing:

• First Notification: Sent approximately 30 days before the domain expiration date.
• Second Notification: Sent approximately 7 days before the domain expiration date.
• Final Reminder (Optional): If the domain has not been renewed, sent 1 day before the expiration date.
• Post-Expiration Notification: If the domain expires without renewal, an additional reminder is sent within 5 days after expiration.

Alerts and Reminders

Atak Domain Bilgi Teknolojileri A.Ş sends alert messages to the email address and/or mobile phone number associated with your account, notifying you about domain expiration and allowing you to renew in time.

You can also track and renew your expiring domains from your control panel using your login credentials.

Regardless of the circumstances, Atak Domain Bilgi Teknolojileri A.Ş cannot be held financially or legally responsible for any consequences arising from failure to renew a domain name, as all necessary infrastructure and warnings are provided.
