How the Account Credit Works

Register. Get your new .COM domain for $7.99.
Set up business email. Connect a working email service and add its MX record. Atak email and hosting plans, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, cPanel or your own mail server all count.
We check automatically. At the end of each quarter, we verify the MX records of the .COM domains you registered in that period and confirm the email service is working.
Use your credit. For every 2 eligible domains, $1 is added to your Atak Domain balance between the 1st and 5th of the following month. The first credits arrive on January 1 – 5, 2027. Use them for renewals, hosting, SSL or new domains.

How Much Credit Can You Earn?

Credit is calculated in pairs: $1 for every 2 eligible domains, which works out to an average of $0.50 per domain.

An MX (Mail Exchange) record is the DNS entry that tells the internet which mail server receives email for your domain. If your domain is yourcompany.com, the MX record is what makes sure a message sent to hello@yourcompany.com reaches the right inbox.

Choose an email provider. An Atak email plan, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or the email service in your hosting plan.
Copy the MX values. Your provider shows the MX records to add during setup.
Add them to DNS. Enter the records in the free DNS management in your Atak Domain panel and send a test email. If your DNS is hosted elsewhere, add the records there instead.

Offer Terms

The offer starts on November 1, 2026. The end date will be announced in advance.
The $7.99 price and account credit apply to the first year of new .COM registrations. Renewals are charged at the standard .COM price at that time.
There is no limit on the number of registrations.
Transfers, renewals and premium .COM domains are not included.
To earn credit, a domain must have an MX record pointing to a working email service at the end of the quarter in which it was registered. Fake, parked or non-working MX records do not qualify.
Each domain can earn credit only once. Cancelled or refunded registrations are excluded.
Credit cannot be exchanged for cash and can be used for any product or service in your Atak Domain account.
Prices exclude taxes. Atak Domain may update prices if the .COM registry changes its costs, with advance notice.
