.org.tr is a third-level domain under .tr, the country extension of the Republic of Turkey. The sponsoring organisation is the Information and Communication Technologies Authority (BTK), and allocations run through TRABİS, operated within BTK, via accredited registrars. Associations, foundations, professional bodies and community projects have long used the extension as the natural address for institutional identity.

The allocation method changed on 14 September 2022: from that date .org.tr has been allocated without documents, with applications decided on a first-come, first-served basis. The previous requirement to evidence association or foundation status was removed — which does not erase the extension's non-profit connotation, it simply stops that connotation being a condition of allocation.
