Important Notice Regarding DNS Update Cycles for .tr Domains

When managing your .tr extensions (.com.tr, .net.tr, .org.tr, and the new .tr) through Atak Domain, please note that Name Server (NS) updates are not instantaneous. These updates are processed by TRABİS (the central registry for .tr) in specific batches throughout the day.

When Will My DNS Changes Take Effect?

The "Zone File" for .tr domains is refreshed three times daily. Your submitted DNS information will be synchronized and become active during the following time windows (GMT+3):

10:00 AM

02:00 PM

06:00 PM

Points to Consider

Cut-off Time: To ensure your changes are picked up in the nearest update cycle, please complete your modifications in the Atak Domain panel at least 20 minutes before the scheduled times.
Partial WHOIS Records: If you notice that only some of your nameservers are appearing in WHOIS queries, please do not worry. This is a common occurrence during the synchronization process and will be fully resolved after the next update cycle.
Global Propagation: While TRABİS updates its records at the hours listed above, it may still take between 2 and 24 hours for Internet Service Providers (ISPs) worldwide to recognize the new settings.
