Apple smart phones have simple operating system. E-mail set up is also very easy. You can complete setup by following the below-mentioned images.

First of all, you should have an e-mail address (If you do’t have, please contact us)

Sample e-mail address: [email protected]
Your password: ******

(Different port and server settings may be required for some servers)

1- Go to “Settings” in the main page of iPhone


2- Tap Mail button in Settings


3- Go to Accounts.


4- Tap Add Account


5- Tap Other at the bottom.


6- Tap Add Mail Account.


7- Enter your PERSONAL INFORMATION as your name, email address, password, and a description for your account. Tap “Next”. (The important part is e-mail address and password. Description is only a name to distinguish your mail box better.)


8- Select "POP" and fill out as follows: (If you don’t have the information, please feel free to contact us)

  • Name: Type your name
  • E-Mail: type your complete e-mail address
  • Description:you can leave it blank.

Incoming Mail Server

  • Server Name: type such as mail.yourdomain.com
  • User Name: type your complete e-mail address
  • Password: type your password by paying attention to lowercase and uppercase letters

After filling out all information completely, tap Next and Save


9- If SSL Connection Error appears on the screen, tap Yes.


10- Your mail account has been registered successfully but it asks you to choose the options to be synchronized. For instance, e-mails are selected but if you want to see your notes, you can also select two options. Finish the selection by tapping Save.


11- You will see the incoming messages when you return to main page and open Mail application.
